This summit has been phenomenal and life-changing so far. Thank you for doing this! I feel so empowered to be the parent I so desire to be and also feel that I'm healing from my past in the process. I've been in tears during several of the talks. Thank you!

I'm loving the concrete examples of how to more skillfully manage the everyday struggles. I also love the reminders about leading by example, especially with self-care.

If I could pass along only one parenting tool I've learned over the years, it's Connection before Correction. And I love the reminders, like a nudge from a friend!
~Starleen

Thank you to all of the speakers for sharing your wisdom with us in this forum! We as parents have to take good care of ourselves before we can provide good care for our families. It wasn't until I was well into my 20s that I was introduced to these concepts and at 42 years old I still struggle with these principles daily. How fortunate our children will be if we can provide them with these tools from the start.
